Application of KOZA-KZH-JR612 Laser Welding Robot in the Furniture Industry

Client requirements:

   Robots replace manual welding for carbon steel pipes (0.8-1.0mm), ensuring there is no deformation or burn-through.

Solution:

   1. General workers clamp the workpieces, using pneumatic or manual clamping, and the robot completes the welding according to the preset program, with dual-station human-machine alternating operation.

   2. The robot is equipped with a fiber optic transmission laser welding machine (with wire feeder) for high-speed continuous welding.

   3. The robot is equipped with two single-axis positioners that can work together to achieve welding of products without dead angles.
