KOZA-KZS-PL-03 Robotic sorting and flow-wrapping line

KOZA-KZS-PL-03 is a robotic sorting and flow-wrapping line in the KOZA KZS series (WS-800 sorting + SZ-180 flow wrapper). An 800 mm delta robot on a square frame works with vision, conveyors and a flow wrapper and can replace one or two workers. Process: neat or random infeed, belt conveying, vision positioning, robot tracking pick, tracking placement on the infeed chain and primary packing in the flow wrapper.
