KOZA-KZA-iS3 High-performance 6-axis collaborative robot (3 kg)
KOZA-KZA-iS3 is a KOZA-KZA series high-performance 6-axis collaborative robot: 3 kg payload, 625 mm reach, ±0.02 mm repeatability and a 16 kg body. It supports hand-guided (drag) teaching, has built-in collision protection and carries CE and UL safety certification, so it can work side by side with people. Typical applications: assembly, handling, machine tending and inspection in precision manufacturing, spraying and demanding (clean, dusty or humid) environments.
Key selling points
- Hand-guided teaching: guide the arm by hand to record points and paths; with graphical programming, no coding experience is needed.
- Collision protection: collision detection with multi-level sensitivity stops the arm on contact with a person or obstacle.
- Safety certified: CE and UL safety certification.
- Protection: IP54 (IP67 optional) for dusty or humid environments.
- Precise and efficient: ±0.02 mm repeatability, ≤ 2.5 m/s tool speed, 3 kg payload, 625 mm reach.
